Medical certificate
In England applying through London embassy ,have been working on getting o-a visa. I take that is wrong and I should be doing non imm O. The Non imm O how long does it take to do, I have flight booked July 9th. thanks for the help -

I contacted one of the acceptance agents on the list a couple months back.....when considering filing a joint US return. Cost was $250 (9000 baht). This is exactly why I limited my stay to 179 days last year. I'm sure the tax I'd pay would be miniscule but I just don't want any more time wasting brain numbing irrational authoritarian Thai bureaucracy than l get already from Thai immigration. -

I've got a SSN and am not a US resident or green card holder. Canadian with TN work visa did the trick for me. But I did get while working in Houston. -
