I contacted Cigna on this matter a few times - they never bothered to respond - I wouldn't call that personal care !!! That said, through the company cover was great - but when making a claim they sometimes wanted some 'daft' paper work which had me running around back to the hospital to get additional Dr's letters ( which ultimately cost them more as that cost went on the claim too ! ) -
