A friend of mine a Thai woman would like to sell a Honda Magna 748 year 1994 good condition. The bike is registered to a Swiss guy which died 6 month ago in Switzerland. Is it possible to sell the bike and how to proceed? Please need urgent advice. Price will be 120.000 THB. Thanks

Unless he left the bike to her in his will she now has a bike with no book. If the bike is taxed then you can sell it to somebody who knows the score and as long as you have the book you can carry on taxing it but the price will have to reflect this and 120,000 is way too much. Good luck anyway

The motorcycle belongs to the executor of his estate unless there is a will that states otherwise. They will undoubtedly want to sell it. Whoever has physical possession of it would have to get the book signed off and cleared by the executor before she could legally sell it.

If the price was a bit lower I might know someone interested in it....
