There used to be one on the left hand side going out Sukhumvit.

Sorry, can't remember exactly where, but somewhere around prakhonong.

I have noticed a chain of driving schools in Bangkok called "Safety Way".

There is a location on Lad Prao road near Chok Chai 4 interstection, and another on Sutthisan road just west of Viphavadi Rangsit road.

I've seen more of them (easy to spot- covered in road signs) but can't remember where.

Get a Thai person to call 1133 for you and ask for them.

There was a driving school called "Thavorn" Driving School on Sukhumvit opposite Soi 42/1. It was there last time I drove by a few months ago. It has many painted road signs covering its windows.
