Spousal Visa Fees

Featured Replies

Does anyone know what the total fees are going to be for applying for a K-3 Spousal Visa?

The embassy website states fees for the health check up at 2,000 baht and I'm assuming there will be fees for the police records/prison records. What about the embassy themselves? What do I have to pay directly to them? Is there anything else that I'm missing?

If anyone has a breakdown of the fees, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you!

I went through K1 which is similar to the K3.

When you file the I-130, you need to pay a fee of $355.

Once that's been approved:

Police Report should be free (I've head they may try to charge up to 500 baht)

You will need to pay for all Immunizations that your wife requires (Varies)

You will need to pay for the doctors exam (2000 baht+ depending on where you get it done)

Once she is in the US, you will need to file for Adjustment of Status. ($1010)

You may also need to get her medical records transcribed by a Civil Surgeon which can run $80-300, and she may need a total exam by a Civil Surgeon depending on your timeline and when you file for AOS.

When in doubt, consult an attorney.
