April 1, 200719 yr >> methinks, Dr.Patpong can give us some details about wine..seem he is >> professional in wine stuff laugh.gif > I could be wrong, but I don't think the doctor drinks any wine other than Aussie. I think she meant it phonetically. He's good about the whine stuff.
April 1, 200719 yr I normally do not drink alcohol, so I am not an expert on wines. However, Mr. Trirat Tantaha, is the Managing Director of the Ban Chiang Winery. His wine costs 200 baht a bottle and I remember he had mango, mangosteen and ginger flavours. I tried the mangosteen wine and liked it. An Italian friend of mine was there, with our girlfriends, and said the mangosteen wine was quite good. Mr. Tantaha mentioned that he has a problem getting red grapes in his vineyard owing to the climate. His fax number is, 042-235238. If you do contact him, tell him the farang from Toronto and his dog and honda jazz owner girlfriend recommended his wines. His place is not far from the museum. Mr. Tantaha is the uncle of my girlfriend, which means I might have more than a passing interest in recommending this particular winery.
