It's a lively area with many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The nearest expressway entrance is only a couple of minutes away. There is a fitness centre/swimming pool in the complex which costs about 8000 baht a year to join. The studio is currently unfurnished. However, we can provide a bed/sofa/air-con if needed. The studios rent out for about 4500 - 6000 baht a month when furnished. The price is 600k or nearest offer. I am willing to negotiate on the price and furnishings.
