Scoop? ... OK. The Reuters release is based on a recent interview... the award as you note was last month.

... but it appears that the 'Usual Suspects' never saw it.

Just so as not to disappoint the Jman, you understand. Isn't "top finance minister" an oxymoron?...in both senses. :)

'And the winner is.........the oxy who devalues his currency the fastest. :D
