What is the best way to make a septic tank system for a 3 story house, for 30-50 people?

There is no public system, so all have to drain away on the 800 square meter ground we have and all of the surface will be build on or covered with cement.

The water for the house comes from a well on the same ground.

If the well is shallow you will be contaminating the ground water.

How much area will not be covered by the house?

Covering the remaining area, which will be your leach area, with concrete, will decrease its ability to handle the load. A good percentage of drain field water is handled by evaporation and plant use.

wouldnt even dream about it. get another watersupply or have the wastewater leaving septic tank treated.

30-50 person building need environmental approval from BKK before local tessabaan issue buildingpermit. they will advice you

No matter what system you decide on the minimum distance for the septic system is 30 meters from your water supply. You could design a huge tank or several tanks with 5-7 leach fields to effectively soak out the residue. That is a huge system & you should check to see the legalities before you install.
