I want to get a handle on the total scope of taxes on properties both on ownership and sale between 2 Thais, a Thai and a non Thai, Ltd companies and Thais and Lts Cos and Ltd Cos. Basically, between any two parties.

Additionally, can someone clarify the capital gains situation, any dispensations and any taper relief etc.

I know some parts as they affect me but some are are an unknown quandary and I'd like to get the facts straight.

Don't talk nonsense, it is not complex.

Just as for Thai income tax rates and allowances there are publications on the web. I have the resources for those and am asking simply if someone has the resources for property taxes.

I am not asking for someone to make a tax assessment on my position.
