NanLaew
I tried my buddies AIS dongle a few weeks back and it worked great. The last time I borrowed it, I kept getting a popup screen 'Windows - No Disk' with an error message but it worked OK. Today I bought my own one and tried it on the original software installation and it doesn't connect. Uninstalled, rebooted and clean installed the AIS software from the new dongle and still get the error message and no connectivity. It also appears that the drivers aren't automatically installing either. Anyone else have this problem and a source online for the drivers? I am running Vista Business with the latest patches, etc.. I disabled the AV, spyware and firewalls but still not installing clean. Thanks!
NanLaew
Sorted out the annoying pop-up by inserting a micro SD stick in the AIS dongle. Maybe a quirk with Vista and the autodetecting, autorunning AIS software? Anyway, it's all good now.
