May 13, 200521 yr In my search for a rental place I have come across many websites. I hope someone can use these. Most of the sites are in Thai. Some have English, but I think the prices are higher. My advice would be to stay with the Thai sites. You will pay less and most times get more. Good luck with your search. http://www.bangkok-home.com http://www.nakornthong.com http://www.siam2home.com http://www.friendthai.com http://www.homedd.com http://www.metinee.com http://www.marketathome.com http://rental.thaihomemart.com http://thai2home.com http://www.hamptons.co.th http://www.homeandi.com http://www.thaihomeguide.com http://www.baan2u.com http://www.thaipropertyonline.com http://www.baanchao.com http://www.doobarn.com http://plaza.hunsa.com http://www.thairent.com http://www.residenceforrent.com http://www.savvy-property.com http://www.propertynextstation.com http://www.besthome104.com http://www.ck-property.com http://www.4dproperties.com http://www.centerhome.com http://www.mettasiamproperty.com http://www.kkeasyhome.com http://www.mlsthai.com http://www.ohhouse.com I hope all the links work.
May 14, 200521 yr Thank You. Nice list. Do you know of any places in the perifery of Bangkok with Expats ? Looking to move out a little to save some on rent and maybe get some more space. Thanks
May 14, 200521 yr Author Sorry Paul. I can't help you with your question. Maybe another person has the answer.
May 14, 200521 yr Great List J634 - thanks for taking the time to post. There's quite a few there that you wouldn't just stumble across doing a google search. Mods - should pin this one as this question seems to get asked every few weeks or so.

February 28, 200620 yr Seems like there is a whole lot of rentals over those sites..Unfortunately, i cant read in Thai..
April 20, 200620 yr There's also http://www.mrroomfinder.com The founders don't seem too business savy (as the site probably has a lot more potential) but there are a handful of listings in there.
June 26, 200620 yr This is exactly why I started my website. Yes the list is good (in fact some of the agents are members of my site), but you still spend hours filtering through the different sites and their many listings trying to find one for you. The other problem with these sorts of sites is that they don't cater much for the joe blogs thats not in one of the major centers (not Pattaya, Bangkok Phuket etc) and wants to get his property out to the public. What I would like to see more of are private people advertising thier own properties. This would give people looking for property more choice (especially in the non-commercial areas)and a better deal without inflatory prices.
December 1, 200619 yr www.4dproperties.com has an online database of 1000's of properties available shows 5 or 6 pictures of the property, location, type, size and prices Staff speak a few languages. Roger (English) the owner is a great guy and i bought a place from him went through without a hitch in less than 5 days Excellent a rare experience in Thailand Edited December 1, 200619 yr by BlackJack
January 20, 200719 yr Plese note that this thread is for members to recommend agents, NOT a platform for agents to advertise. I have deleted several obvious SPAM adverts. Thank you Astral Moderator
January 20, 200719 yr Allow me to be more specific with one of the website that you have listed : HomeDD. A great site but interface is not very clear. Direct access for research in english : http://www.homedd.com/HomeddWeb/servlet/ho...FwCondoIndexEng A lot of listings -sale and rent- that are more thai market orientated. A good way to get out the regular market of condos on Sukhumvit... Edited January 20, 200719 yr by cclub75
January 20, 200719 yr sorry about mentioning an agent but i too get sick of the agent nonsense I am not an agent and I have for RENT a 2 bedroom place in Soi39 Sukhumvit BKK if anyone wants to contact me privately i will be going through the list of agents here and posting to all of them - and if they find a tenant before i do then i have to pay them for nothing really tit
March 13, 200719 yr I would like to add www.Phanganisland.com Long Term Rental Houses and Vacation Homes on Koh Phangan
January 16, 200818 yr Dear all for serviced apartments in Asia try http://www.serviced-apartment.net they have most Asian cities covered and the site is easy to navigate
September 5, 200817 yr Do any of those cover getting a furnished apartment type place for a month at a time, like when I am visiting there or even 2 weeks ? Better than staying in a hotel, more homely, dont mind if it's further out of town Cheers
September 5, 200817 yr many of those websites are not high in google results, so have a little traffic and not a big choice. The best is just search google for you keywords, the top websites will have the best choice.
September 7, 200817 yr Hi Thanks for your websites. I've also look at the websites. But it is still difficult for me to find one near BTS. I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Bangkok near a BTS skytrain, within my budget range of Baht 25,000-40,000 a month - for one year rental. How can I find it urgently?
September 11, 200817 yr Read the other posts in this sub-forum. There are often apartments close to BTS on offer.
August 4, 200916 yr you can add to your list http://www.sk-houseandcondos.com small company, but they really know their listings and they amazingly take care of their customers. give them a try => http://www.sk-houseandcondos.com Stef Edited August 4, 200916 yr by vediovis
August 5, 200916 yr small company, but they really know their listings and they amazingly take care of their customers. it's only pattaya, the OP is interested in Bangkok houses
October 15, 200916 yr I'm extremely lost looking at a lot of these. I keep finding a place I like and it's either expensively serviced, or long term only. Anybody got advice for a 3 month stay? Happy to clean up after ourselves. We need a nice furnished 2 bed apartment in/around Sathorn if possible, but close to transport further out is fine too.
