Just for the people who are not sure including me.it is reported that Thaksin has had assets 46 million siezed plus interests..does this mean that he has got some of his money back?

The rest of his money remains 'frozen' until all 'issues' against him are settled.

the courts will need to work out the details on interests owing and the rest is his, until the tax man catches up with him! So I believe.

Sounds fair and reasonable to me. But 30m Billion (when/if he gets it) plus what is stashed away o/s is still ample to cause HAVOC.
