I have just arrived on a Non Immigrant B Multiple entry VISA. The VISA expiry date is in a years time. On arrival my passport was stamped for 90 days.

How do I proceded from here? Just before the 90 days expire should I leave and then re-enter and wil I be stamped again for 90 days? Can I continue to do this for the year validty of the VISA? (ie leave and re-enter every 90 days).

Yes. Actually, if your last re-entry is just before the 1-year visa expires, then you got extra 90 days. (means potential total stay of 15 months)
