I know it may not be relevant to your post

I spoke to them a few times regarding different issues

First time- left contact info, no one called back

Second time, spoke to a Thai lawyer who could hardly speak any English

Third time, i have an injury case, after explaining my case, first thing they told me was how much they charge

Personally i found them to have a great website, and thats about all they have.

Lawyer who can not speak English yet pick up the phone to speak to client???

Not returning the calls and finally only care about their fees, in my opinion-find someone else
