A friend of mine is looking to rent a small house/cottage/shack on or close to Ao Nang beach for a period of 4 weeks, starting in about 2 weeks from now.

Their criteria is fairly simple - Suitable for a single female who has no transport, reliable wifi internet access, hot shower! Anything other features are a plus

Please PM me if you have something to offer. She is willing to pay up to 20,000 baht for the 4 weeks rental period.
