ive split up with wife, i have been told that the normal is a 50/50 split for the house and seperate land i bought can some one confirm this. secondly the solicitor is coming up with a bill of 10% of the cost of the house and land sale or valuation of these ,is this typical in thailand or can they bill hourly please help if you know anyone i find this a crazy price.

It is a crazy price.. had the same thing with my company they wanted a percentage of the company profits. And of course they can bill per hour.
