Have You Ever Used This Bridge?

Featured Replies

I was just looking at Google earth and found a very strange bridge in Bangkok - at location 13°40'8.29"N, 100°32'18.62"E

Has anyone tried to use it yet or is it incomplete? Maybe waiting for the next earthquake to shift it a bit?

(Just copy and paste the location into google earth search box - I don't know how to link to the program - sorry!)

Never used it myself but the bridge looks like it is in use now (cars on it) Both halves of the bridge to not "appear" to line up. I suspect this is due to different sat images from different angles.

:D that's not a bridge, it's a public access boat ramp. :) well spotted.

It is Rama 9 bridge and it looks like a google earth mishap. Nothing wrong with that bridge

That is the Rama 9 Bridge, but the pic is misplaced. This is actually a pic of the bridge in question:

it's layered with a filter. Drag the filter to the right, not sure if that works when you have non wide screen and see the bridge underneath as it is.

Yes I have used it

Used few times - there is really nice view from the top ...
