Guarantee or customer satisfaction issues once it has been shipped to the "home country"? Hmmmmm. Google, even in English, brings many results. Maybe these aren't Thai producers. I couldn't say. I can say that many people in the world have mastered Thai massages and there are lots of DVD's out there with good reviews. I checked Amazon and they have plenty as well. In addition to the DVD's for sale, there are also plenty of sites that have free "How-to" videos that can be watched online.
