TizMe
I hope that you're right EB. But I can't really see it happening. Why did they drop Joe Roff from the side? I thought that he played well last week. Wendal is a great attacking winger, but his defense is shocking.

TizMe
The USA have won their first World Cup match in 16 years with a hard-fought victory over Japan. Five tries helped the Eagles end a record of 10 consecutive World Cup defeats Japan 26-39 USA
Edward B
I hope that you're right EB. But I can't really see it happening. Why did they drop Joe Roff from the side? I thought that he played well last week. Wendal is a great attacking winger, but his defense is shocking. Yeah, the backline is starting to look too 'Leaguey' for my liking. Roff is still on the bench though. Tequiri will have to play well to justify his selection now. Could be a good move.
Pink Mist
A bit of trivia for Tomy. The Americans are the current Olympic rugby champions winning gold in 1920 and 1924, the last 2 times it was played, also they were the only side to score a try against Australia in the 1999 world cup. They are still soft by international standards due to the inability to attract junior players, most players are not attracted to the game untill they leave high school when grid iron is no longer an option. so much for that. I would like to see Roff back in the side the reason he was dropped was Eddy reckons he wasn't up to standard. Put Burke in as full back and Rogers on bench as impact player (he has dropped to much ball in the last 2 games). Sailor has never liked tackling that is a problem he had playing league and I think he still gets out of position on the field, I guess because he is still learning the game. Lets see how we go this week against the Scots at the moment the poms and sheep shaggers are still ahead of us in form. FRA goes on ...? and then NZ-FRA --> FRA hahaha everything seem to be possible! it's not a usual tournament I would love to see ENG crushed by the french heavy weights or a nice match to defeat australia badly we all can dream, can't we? stumonster
come on aussie come on......go the wallabies got no problem with having sailor and tuquri in the back line, they know how to run hard..though rodgers has been taking his eye off the ball lately good to see them beat the scots yesterday... I think once they pound the kiwis(living proof that poms shag sheep)..they will go on to win australia..world champions....again
francois
.they will go on to winaustralia..world champions....again everybody can dream so, you see .... France is still here poor Irish team ... so France will have England I love it ... France has more than a chance to win this next one and it does look that England is not at it's best ... did you see, how hard it has been for England? ... tired? my wish ; final : All Black/France, that will be a real nice match, don't you think? stumonster
france v england... france may well do the poms.. the english backline was uninspiring as usual.. though france when ireland finally put some effort in showed quite a few holes.. I think whoever wins the aust/kiwi game will go on to win the cup go the wallabies
Pink Mist
Rogers has to go he has been dropping too much easy ball lately, maybe he could get a League spot again,we struggled against 12 poms on the weekend. If we beat the sheep rooters then we got a shot, I reckon the poms are showing they crack with a bit of pressure and the frogs well 555. cmon Aussie cmon
francois
bronco, I like your signature but about rugby ... wallabies won't go on this cup ... all blacks are far too heavy for them this time even without Lommu anyway, good luck and god's speed to them I do think that it's going to be a final between the best of now, and surely not England, they play to loose in defense as it has been said exiting competition! I love it
