We are all beings....struggling in the 31 realms of Samsara...

Some people misunderstand and say..."is it possible for a dog to go to heaven...or a human to become a dog...etc.

This shows a basic misunderstanding...

The karma which caused me to be reborn in the human realm has caused me to be in human form and in this existence I am male..... when I die my karma may cause me to take rebirth in the animal realm and be in the form of a buffalo.....but I am still the same being.....travelling up and down and lost in the wheel of birth and death.... constantly changing as experience and karma is produced and expended.

The being which in this present existence is in the form of a dog could escape the animal realm at death and be reborn in a heaven realm....and therefore take on the form of a deva.
