I realize that there ar many things that can change prices. Anyone have any idea of the cost of a ria of land in a plot of 10 ria or more. Next to a driveable paved road, with electricty and water available. usable well water would be fine.

Hopefully with 20 Kms of the City.

Your guestimate would be better then mine.

Ray,a friend of a friend has a place in Sakon but is in the UK at the moment.Lives in the town near the airport.Will ask when friend calls from the UK next time.

I asked before on the forum about construction costs in Sakon but it appeared no one on the forum lives there and i got no answers.

Good thread thanks, It appears the value is really in buyer eyes. I atopped by a local real estate place today out of curiousty. The only way someone would buy at the prices they offered, would be a person completly new to here. You know I see some vrey heavy pricing around here, from 300K to as much a 700K a ria, but what I don't see is people buying them. Maybe some things don't change here and finding the motivated seller is a important as finding the right location.
