Legal Document To Sell Shisha In Thailand ?

Hello,

Do we need a legal document to sell shisha in Thailand ? (smoke in the front of the restaurant or bar) We already got the alcohol and tobacco paper.

There is no special license to be had for Shisha smoking. Beware that some people and the authorities (BIB) may construe this as a drug and that it will be enforced as to where you may smoke it, not in a bar/pub or restaurant. You will be required to obey all anti smoking laws. Happy Lung Cancer.

I am pretty sure that if you adhere to the normal no smoking rules that should be OK.

as far as i'm aware Shisha is not strictly legal as it is unregulated and no tax is paid on the tobacco, however I have never heard of anyone busted for selling or smoking it.

So we will try it and we will see what happen, anyway everything it's in my wife name so don't have any farang involded in the business.
