i just broke up with my wife 5 years when we met still not married we bought a business with land on a nor tor sam tittle later we married and the tax certificate said our married name. im not sure where i stand exactly as the law quotes before married anything you earnt is yours but does this apply because we were still together. or do i have to pay her 50% of everything .
