Can Anyone Recommend A Good 2 Stroke Mechanic For A Nsr 150 Sp ?

Recommended Posts

Any good Thai mechanic should be able to do this for you. Maybe you can tell where you are?

Personally I do all my own work. Have had a new cylinder liner put in an NSR150 (it got cracked when the piston hit the RC valve), and recently had a TZR150 cylinder rebored for a new oversized piston.

Any Honda dealer can do it for you too; if you don't mind the cost? At least it will get original parts and be done properly (but they do like to use lots of parts which add up). Labour is cheap so they make the money on the parts.

I find if any of the Honda parts are expensive, and there is demand for the parts, then you will get a 3rd party manufacturer turning them out much cheaper (like the rubbers that go in the rear hub for the sprocket).
