The head-shaving ceremony is scheduled to take place around 2.00 pm at Phan Fa Bridge." The cult aspects continue to prevail. I wonder if the lady nutters will go along with this. Personally, I think they should just shave off the hair on one side of their head - that would make a much more dramatic statement.
