Does a simple list of statutory requirements and their relevant fees actually exist for Thai companies ? I've gone back here in the search but there is nothing specific or which is not a sales pitch padded out with fees from various providers.

I've got companies in other countries and in each one, there is a simple list of what the government requires you to do. That list comes with official fees for each act or filing, if appropriate. Accountants and lawyers have their own fee structure.

So that is what I am looking for in Thailand. What you have to do to start it up, then another list for what is required each accounting period.

If that list extends to coverage of work permits then all the better.

But please, no more "we charge this for this" rubbish.
