Work In Thailand

Recommended Posts

Just a suggestion, albeit not a great one, but better than many of the people who seem to have nothing better to do than have a go at others:

If you have a reasonable internet connection you could try completing online surveys. Not ideal for someone who needs quick money, as it takes time and is not well paid.

.......... Anyway. Good luck!

Good idea ! Would anyone have any useful related links to stear O.P ( and myself ) in the right direction ?

One thing the O.P should be wary of is legality. If you take employment with someone you should have a work permit. Thais can take a dim view of people working illegally here. Not so long ago there was the foreigner arrested and deported just for drawing pictures and asking a small fee. So be careful or the consequences could be serious.

The one I did was Global Test Market - Free to do them and free to sign up. You can google it. They did pay out. Keep your own list of surveys you've done (by number) until you see it updated on their official list, as there will probably be a few glitches along the way - which at least you can raise to their customer service when you have a problem and they do reply quick quickly. Once up and running you could probably earn a few hundred $ or few thousand baht a month. The advantage is you can do them in your own time - although some have time limits and if you wait too long it's too late. You can also be doing other things at the same time, and can do in the comfort of your own home. They do get boring and frustrating though... :)
