barlinnie
Does anyone know whether ICO are still operational?. They did some work for us several years ago when we bought our condo, but have been hearing recently that they are no longer in business. Anyone have any information on them? Flatouthruthefog
I for one would be delighted if they have disappeared. They cost my small company a lot of time and tens of thousands of baht.

BigWheelMan
Don`t touch them with a barge pole. I’ve been ripped off and I know of many more who have unfortunately fell into they’re clutches. Use ICO at your own risk, but YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am just enquiring on behalf of a friend who used them two years ago for his house purchase and needs to contact them for some paperwork. But thanks for the warning!!! Rob5060
Hi, I won't be using them again. I am just enquiring on behalf of a friend who used them two years ago for his house purchase and needs to contact them for some paperwork. But thanks for the warning!!! I used them for both house purchase and consequent sale and found them no problem and a better price However I have seen many people warn about them So if your friend needs something from them know in advance what he needs and what it should cost
BigWheelMan
Who are ICO, and what do they do, or not do as the case appears? Only thing you need to know, any law firm with the title, ICO, avoid like the plaque. Edited April 2, 2010 by BigWheelMan
Flatouthruthefog
Who are ICO, and what do they do, or not do as the case appears? A law firm A law firm that also pretends to do book-keeping/accountancy, but don't. They sub it out, it is always late, always inaccurate and a total SNAFU. These warnings are for real. meadish_sweetball
I've only used them for drawing up bilingual contracts and have no complaints at all regarding that part of their service.
Thighlander
I bought and sold a house with them. It was smooth sailing. Yai and Marina were most helpful. Next time, I will buy a condo, and I still might get their help.
