I'm looking for a project bike.

I already have a daily ride so I'm only interested in a Raider 150cc or one with a big bore.

It can be new or used, but never wrecked.

I'll likely replace many parts anyways but don't want to replace any of the chassis.

It needs a Green book too as I'm going to register and ride it in BKK.

Any problems or concerns, (not a big deal as I'm a mechanic).
