I am trying to start a business here, and I dont have a thai local..... can anyone recommend, a decent and honest company... that offers this service, and can write the 61-39% with higher class voting shares for me...

I tend to agree with the above.

A requirement for opening a Thai company is that at least 51% of the shares need to be held be held by a Thai national. When you have such a person/s in mind, then you can post again asking the same question.

My mission and goal as well. I stopped depositing anything in banks about 5 years ago. Everything remained in cash. In June, I began reducing my banking footprint in Thailand, and it will continue until balances reach an amount of about 100,000 baht over the requirement for my visa. I am also looking to reduce it further by changing my visa status from a retirement visa BACK to a marriage visa. That won't have to happen until 2027. And when my immigration office asks why, I will put all the blame on the banks.

I took it to the local motorbike shop who sorted out the rear shocks and balancing etc. Now it drive much better, but since it's a trike, you need to manhandle the handlebars on corners, bit like an old car without power steering...
