The weather has become so hot that my balcony is burning with hot air.

I'm considering pasting plastic film over the glass doors and windows to reduce the temperature. I have been to HomePRO; they sell but don't cut them into correct sizes for you.

Does anyone know where I can find a vendor who sells and hopefully provides the labour as well ?

You could buy a cheap JigSaw and cut it yourself. Some of the perspex can be scored and 'snapped' like a tile, it depends on the thickness, I just used a jigsaw when I needed to cut some myself back in England. Get a fine 'blade' for it, the finest you can find.

You are right about the cutter, but I worry abour the Op.

Given that 97.85% of vehicles on the roads have UV / thermal film, it should not be that difficult to identify one of the 3,787 shops in BKK that sell it.

Please do not tell the OP where to buy a cutter..................
