Why Not Offer Rewards For The Capture Of Red Leaders

The police seem unable to execute the warrants on the red leadership so why not turn the job over to private contractors?

offer a reward of 1 million baht for the minor players, 5 million baht for the mid fielders and 10 million for each one of the main spokesman

obviously they would have to be delivered alive to collect

Because the last thing they want is a bunch of foreign ex-Iraq vet mercenaries from places like South Africa running around acting like violent thug trash.

no need to look that far, its likely you would find any number of recruits in Pattaya

where's Sifu Mcinnes when you need him ?

The Govt knows that if they really execute the warrants on the red leadership, it will only create more anger on the "RED SHIRT" mass as the

yellow shirts leaders have not yet ( I do not think they will ever be ) been punished for their acts in 2008.

And what would stop the reds from doing the same to current murdering criminals in the government?

As far as i am aware there are no outstanding warrants for any murdering criminals currently in the government

That wouldn't stop the reds of course, the rule of law seems to means little to them

Take Arisman for example, an outstanding arrest warrant from Songkran 2009, bail revoked due to subversive activities, he offered to turn himself in on April 1st 2010

He did not do so and later invaded the EC commission and terrorised government officals

Next day he invaded the Parliament Building causing elected officials to escape from his clutches by climbing over walls with ladders.

Today he kidnapped the CEO of Cat Telecom.

do you support this kind of behaviour?

to answer your question, it seems that nothing can stop the reds doing exactly as they please

do you imagine that will change if they get into power?

do you think that they will give any special concessions to you, as you showed unending support for them during the conflict?

do you think any farang will benefit ?

did farangs prosper under Thaksin?

you may believe so, i do not

i have been here under both parties.

i moved to Singapore after a few years of Thaksin

i am still there but i like Abhisit and thought about re-investing in Thailand, but not now.

well done Reds, good job.

Most likely since it would leave the door open for it to happen to anyone...and that is not something anyone in the upper echelon wants. Of either side of the fence.

How is this different to when he yellows were on the rampage? Other than that they had the army protecting them instead of slaughtering them which they should have done.

What do farangs have to do with anything?

Well pick another horse - Abhisit is done and hopefully he will be held accountable for his actions. :)

I like Abhisit and can see that he was put in power as a kind of honest broker that would be relatively acceptible to both sides. It was always going o be an impossible situation.
