I have lived here for years and never heard of a condo this size rent for more than 10k, this is just outrageous! Corner unit has, from what I know never sold for 2 mil never mind this crazy price. If it's a double 36 sq metre (two baths) knocked into one it still makes it the most expensive condo here ever.
