Anyone know if the lime-green shuttle vans for Central Airport Plaza will be running their normal schedule during Songkran?

I like to catch one at a nearby hotel on Wednesdays to take advantage of the 60-baht special prices at the movie theater at the mall. Come to think of it -- will Major Cineplex offer their 60 baht Wednesday movie special tomorrow, during Songkran?

1. No, the free shuttle isn't operating during Songkran

2. No, the cinema doesn't have their 60 baht special price for Wednesdays during Songkran.

Yes, we took a red song thaew over and back. Didn't get wet going over, but it was pretty early. Sure got wet coming back. In fact, the driver made a point of stopping at some water-throwing stations just so the revelers would have time unload a full bucket in the back of the song thaew. At least we were headed home to a warm shower and dry clothes!
