May Need A Well

I may need to have a well dug for potable household water at my house on the east side of Pattaya. Can anyone recommend (with contact information, please) a competent well driller/installer in the Pattaya area? How much should I expect to pay for a well dug/drilled and made functional? Thanks in advance for all information and suggestions.

The owner of my house is coming here in June and will want to do the same thing. I am really getting sick of ordering water all the time.
