Rachel Robert’s "Sporting Life": Barking like a Welsh Corgi
Sorry, I didn't spell it out for you. It's how long people who went to prestigious colleges wait before mentioning it. Some people are slower than others of course, as you demonstrate. -

Tourism Thailand's Tourism Soars with 20 Million Visitors in 2025
on July 15 Reuters made an OP about how Thailands tourism is 5.6% less than last year. https://www.reuters.com/markets/asia/thailand-tourist-arrivals-drop-562-yy-so-far-2025-2025-07-15/ On July 1 Bangkok post made an OP almost the same as Rueters. Thailand foreign visitors down 4.6% https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/general/3061360/thailand-foreign-visitors-down-4-6-year-on-year-so-far-in-2025. Can anyone explain how, in low season, with Cambodias borders closed did Tourism bounce back to become as this OP is claiming in less than a month? In its latest update released on 22 July, the ministry reported that from 1 January to 20 July 2025, a total of 18,365,651 foreign tourists visited Thailand, representing a 5.91% decrease from the same period in 2024. https://www.nationthailand.com/blogs/news/tourism/40052924 Also, Hua Hin is dead, this is considered the slow season for tourism. So how can this Op be accurate and optimistic? -

Politics Thaksin Moves to Shield Daughter from Impeachment
This is truly sickening if Paetongtam is re-instated to PM and Thaksin is found not guilty in both his LM and hospital cases. Thailand will not change for the better unless the Shinawatra family are ousted and we all know it. -

Report Thai Human Rights Stalemate: Arrests and Restrictions Worry US
Of course it is entirely relevant The US, through this State Department report, is setting itself as the international arbiter in these matters whilst indulging in significant restrictions on liberty, freedoms of speech and arbitrary widespread arrests. It's current regime is also interfering with its domestic press and media, and attempting to dictate to independent academic institutions and of course the individual state government's. A hypocrisy which you are rather underlining by barking demands that we should limit the scope of our discussions and comments as you see fit, and telling us to start another thread. It is about as relevant as you can get!
