Medical Clinic On The Dark Side?

As the title says looking for a medical clinic on the dark side so I can get a certificate for my drivers licence. Basically a walk in walk out rubber stamp exercise. Not something I've consciously looked for when driving in or out of the Maprachan area. A search only revealed posts referring to west of Sukhumvit. I really want to avoid the city while all this water sh_t is going on.

Any recommendations?

I use the clinic on NernPlubWan located at the entrance to the Carina mansions/Badminton centre on the rh side bout 150metres in from the bypass junction.
