PATTAYA:-- In the early hours of Friday Morning, Pattaya Police were made aware of a necklace snatch which had occurred in front of a Family Mart Convenience Store on Walking Street. At the scene, one of four transsexuals accused of taking part in the robbery had been detained following the incident
