So far, my claims through Bangkok bank insurance have been paid. That is about 60k for storm damage under house insurance, treatment at Bangkok Bank hospital when my daughter fractured her back, a small operation on my knee under medical insurance and just recently treatment at Bangkok hospital for cuts to my arm that needed 14 stitches. The only issue I have had was for follow up treatment to my knee when I was overseas. They didn’t pay out and didn’t say why, but it was a small amount for dressing a wound. I think they basically didn’t believe me as the treatment was in Lithuania. i had a couple of motor claims that paid out ok. Different companies. Thats over the course of 20 years. -
