Before we start I had no travel cover ready for this trip

Went to BKK for my emirates flight to LHR, I was sent sent straight to re-ticketing and the best they could do was 16th May for LHR or 5th for Paris so I chose Paris. I went back this morning and got it to the 3rd.

I have a LHR-CDG-RDJ flight booked with Air France through flightcatchers on friday 23rd.

So I'm trying to change the RDJ flight to the 3rd. I can't get through to Air france uk by phone but they offer alot of info on their website

I checked my E-ticket on their website and it's showing confirmed, so a refund is out of the question, plus they only refund for tickets bought directly from Air France.

So I am looking to re-book;

My flight to RDJ is on the 3rd and all rebooked flights must be used by the 30th apr.

So I have to try and change my emirates flight to before or the 30th and their phones are busy! The chap at re-ticketing said i could do it on-line but I can't see where I can do it.

Next option keep on at flightcatchers but I think their call centre is in India and we could not understand each other and my skype was playing up.

Also my original flight for RDJ starts at LHR if I fly straight to CDG and miss the 1st part

will the rest of my flight be void?

Theres no FAQ that I can find with Flightcastchers to help out, if I am a no show atthe LHR-CDG-RDJ will the ticket be cancelled?

Can someone try and digest all this and see what my options are, legally aswell?

I know its not entirely thai related but can we let it run mods. yeah I know, no insurance!

After 30 mins of being transfered around the middle east flightcatchers have infomed me that

by not taking the 1st leg of the trip from heathrow I will be classed as a 'no show' and the rest of the

flight will be invalid. Is this correct?

Ok thanks, spoke to Air France in BKK and they can only do date

changes and not re-routing and said i should contact the travel agency.
