Hi - Wanted to ask the opinion of others regarding the state of the rental market for mid-level 2/3 bedroom houses with pools? I see a glut of these properties available online for rental, are the owners easily finding renters or are alot of properties sitting empty?

I plan to rent one of these properties shortly.

Know one is finding tenants easily in Phuket at present and you should have no trouble
