Feel for those planning to submit, and those like myself waiting for settlement visa. No regent house means no visa to collect. B****cks....... RAZZ From what I've read, people have to apply from their own country. Under the circumstances perhaps some concession could be made, your best bet is to phone the embassy and ask for advice.
