Sat with a taxi driver the other day, who said something interesting. He said " I am red, but I don't agree with this level of violence ( meaning from his comrades )". He went on to gripe how he needs to make a living and his buddies have badly effected his income. With tourism nose diving, hotel staff going back home " I lost my job because of the protests" , can see people thinking about how they might vote in future?

What's ur thoughts ? First thing which crossed my mind is the radicals would be more radical from the last few weeks, but can see moderate reds going Orange ( yellow / red mix ). Just believe there is more going on behind the scene and wondering what the strategy is.

What it means in the near future, it is IMPOSSIBLE to hold free and fair elections in Thailand. A year from now, maybe, maybe not (relative to the normal low Thai standard of free and fair elections).
