Has the TDAC Changed Your Border Run 'Assisted Service'
As most border bounce agents pre-clear the passports of their customers with the border ahead of time, I would assume, and hope, that the agent would just do the TDAC as part of that process since it's free, easy and fast. But hard to make assumptions when it comes to Thais as they don't tend to have motivation to go out of their way. It would expedite the process and prevent any issues from coming up though which would be beneficial to their operation. -

No. It is not correct. Immigration only want to see the transfer into your account from a foreign source. Your bank statement will show this. -

That's the kicker. You never know what the exact import duties will be until they tell you. Because they are the ones that will determine the value of your belongings regardless of if they are used, you have receipts to show the price etc. They will tell you what the value is, and what you will have to pay.
