I will be flying for about a total of 14 hours on a cramped economy seat to the US next week and I am in dire need of a travel pillow. Does anyone know where I can get one in / around Bangkok?

I forgot to add, if the clerk inflates it for you, they may get you for taking the air

Buy one on Sukhumvit for half the price. The luggage stores usually stock them.
