Quality Looking Auction Listings

Does anyone know how some people make high quality auction listings like this one for instance?

I've always just typed a few lines on a white background and I'm realizing that maybe there could be some use in making it look a little more professional.

Usually its with HTML.. Of course theres lots of 'tools' out there which are simple HTML editiors or templates or combinations of both..

Emule has lots on there.. Even google will throw up auction templates..

If your selling on ebay they have templates and simple HTML, I think they charge 10cents for using one of their templates. You can also try Andale or auctionworks but they are a bit expensive. In saying that ebay are now too expensive with their listing charges. Auctions like iOffer yahoo and overstock all have templates I think.
