What a neigh day

An Oxford student spent a night in police cells and was fined £80 for suggesting that a police horse was gay. Sam Brown, 21, at Balliol College, had been drinking before he made the remark in the city. Police said: “Although he thought calling a police horse gay was funny it could cause offence to people walking past.”

"equinophobia" is alive and well in the UK :o

People smugglers

A couple set up a fictional college as cover for smuggling people from Malaysia. Tai Chuan Low, 37, from Telford, Shropshire, and Joolee Torto, 43, from Croydon, charged up to £1,000 for fake student visas for people who applied to “Croydon Tutorial College”. Low was jailed for nine years and Torto for seven

Sorry for my tardy response. :D

I did say one of many reasons .I no longer wish to live in a state where such self righteous PC attitudes abound and make a laughing stock of "law and order "legislation. (just one reason of many ) :o

It was an easy decision to make because I'd been an expatriate elsewhere and knew what to look for, that I wanted.

a. Low cost of living

b. Tolerant of religion, pacifism, and homosexuality

c. Could work (teaching English)

d. Low cost of living

e. Plentiful supply of beautiful young men

f. Did I mention the low cost of lving?

It took me about 7 days as a tourist, alone, in Chiang Mai to decide. Well, I wasn't always alone.
