thaiphoon Posted May 8, 2010 Share Posted May 8, 2010 The official rule is 4 Thai employees for every work permit issued (unless married to Thai where figure drops to 2), but labour offices can often be flexible in new business start-up situations so long as they can see business plan with intention of employing appropriate number of Thais in the not too distant futue.
