Hope someone can help me. I have found a lot of the dry stuff, but personally I prefer to bake with fresh yeast. Does anyone know a place to buy this in Bangkok. Else I will get a lot from abroad and freeze it.

Sometimes Bei Otto shop on Sukhumvit Soi 20 has fresh yeast in cubes.

Try Kraset Uni on Vipavadee Rangsit. I don't know about the baker's yeast but I used to get some brewer's yeast from them. I've got the phone number somewhere.

Baking Supply Houses should carry frozen cakes of yeast which I am told works fine once it's defrosted. I'm in Chiang Mai so I don't know where you might find this in Bangkok or wherever you are located.
